International copyright notice

Pursuant to the Berne Convention (1886), UCC (1952), TRIPS Agreement (1994), and WIPO Copyright Treaty (1996) Date of fixation: 2025-11-15 Time (UTC): 14:00 Author: Belickii R. I. Rus.Developer of the Optical Text Quantization Technology Jurisdiction: Global, under international IP protection frameworks I. Object of Protection This document establishes the legal protection of the Optical Text Quantization Technology, covering: - algorithmic principles and processes; - mathematical quantization models; - methods for converting raster images into Unicode-based symbol matrices; - use of glyph optical density as a color-bearing mechanism; - any descriptive, technical, or derivative materials related to the technology. The technology constitutes an original intellectual creation, protected globally under: - the Berne Convention, Articles 2, 5, 6bis; - the WIPO Copyright Treaty, Articles 4–7; - the TRIPS Agreement, Articles 9–14; - the Universal Copyright Convention, Articles I–II. Protection is effective from the moment of publication in this document. No registration is required. II. Exclusive Rights of the Author The author retains exclusive rights to: - reproduce, distribute, translate, modify or adapt the technology; - commercialize or license the algorithmic concepts and mathematical models; - prepare derivative works; - authorize or restrict technical, scientific or industrial use; - enforce integrity and attribution rights. These rights apply internationally and automatically extend to all territories governed by WIPO/WTO conventions. III. Global Restrictions on Use, Reproduction, or Derivation Without explicit written permission from the author, any entity is prohibited from: - copying or reproducing the technology or its components; - reverse-engineering or attempting to replicate algorithmic structures; - integrating any part of the technology into software, datasets, research, or commercial products; - generating derivative works based on the provided formulations, algorithms, or explanatory texts; - storing, distributing, or archiving any part of the material for further reuse; - using the concepts, coefficients, glyph mappings, quantization logic or structural decisions in academic, experimental, industrial, or AI-based systems. Any such unauthorized use constitutes infringement and misappropriation of proprietary methods. IV. Legal Validity and International Enforcement This notice is legally enforceable under Berne, TRIPS, WIPO and UCC frameworks. Protection extends to all representations and media. This document remains valid indefinitely unless revoked by the author. V. Uniqueness and Identifiability of the Technology The Optical Text Quantization Technology contains identifiable mathematical structures and algorithmic signatures enabling forensic detection of copies and proof of origin. Any future appearance of substantially similar mechanisms will be treated as unauthorized copying and violation of international IP treaties. VI. Final Statement This document serves as a formal international copyright declaration, a public fixation of authorship, a binding notice of exclusive rights, and a global restriction on unauthorized use. Any use outside explicitly permitted boundaries is prohibited and subject to legal action.
